The apartment has been completely renovated in a modern style, using the best materials and the latest technologies. The entrance is autonomous, through an entrance staircase. The living room welcomes visitors with a table with 4 chairs, a refrigerator and a digital television. Illuminated by a large window, it is equipped with a radiator (independent heating system). The large bedroom features a double bed, a 4-door wardrobe with a full-length mirror and a chest of drawers. The small bedroom has a sofa bed for 2 people and a 2-door wardrobe. There is a splendid bathroom, which is also very large and bright, equipped with a heating system, washbasin and bathtub with shower.

• Centralized heating with defined times (10:00 -12: 00 / 16:00 -20: 00). Present only in winter (November-February);
• Free Wi-Fi with optical fibre;
• Possibility of parking in the blue lines near the house (1 euro every hour). Or free parking at 300 meters in via “Taverna del Passo” n. 73. Park the car, walk down Vicolo Rodi and arrive in Piazza San Giovanni, near the house.
